She takes a role in the Board of all companies under the Group in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Bangladesh, & UAE. She did her engineering from India and also received her Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Quality Control and Operation Research from Bouwcentrum Institute Rotterdam, Holland. She worked for Indomobil Group - Indonesia for over 30 years in Jakarta and was a Director of PT Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia appointed by Hino Motors Japan.

Krishan Kumar Ralhan (K. K.) is the owner and founder of Kaltimex Group. Since establishing Kaltimex Energy in 1996 in Indonesia, he has expanded group activities into Singapore, the Philippines, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. He is the Group Chairman. Kaltimex Group is headquartered in Singapore. K. K. is a Mechanical Engineer (1970) with Post Graduate Diploma in ‘Marketing and Sales Management’ from Delhi University (1978). Has over 51 years of professional experience working in various industrial fields, the last 41 years being in Singapore, Indonesia, Myanmar, Bangladesh, and the Philippines. Since 2013, he has relocated himself to Singapore. He spent 9 years (from 1978) with the Engineering Export Promotion Council, a quasi-government institution of India, the last 7 of those in Indonesia as “Regional Manager”.
He is currently the Board member in IES-INCA (The Institution of Engineers, Singapore- Incubator and Accelerator) mentoring various startups. He is also the director & CEO of Green Freight Asia Network (GFAN) a non-profit organization in Singapore.

Mr. Aswin Indradjaja is the Director of Finance at Kaltimex Energy, starting January 2024. He has over 25 years of professional experience in banking and finance, particularly in corporate lending, credit restructuring, and financial due diligence, both in Indonesia and the US. Currently, he is also the Finance Director of PT. Kaltimex Mobiol Indonesia.
Before joining the company, Mr. Aswin served as VP of Treasury & Corporate Finance of PT. Patra Jasa (a subsidiary of Pertamina Group) for almost seven years, as well as a member of Board of Commissioners at PT. Yasa Industri Nusantara (a subsidiary of PT. Rekayasa Industri) for two years.
In the US, he held several banking and financial consulting positions for almost 15 years before joining Bank CIMB Niaga in Indonesia as SVP of Corporate Banking between 2011 and 2016.
Mr. Aswin completed his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Airlangga University in 1988.
